From selling computers to solving problems

ICONSA (Informática y Control de Navarra) was founded in 1986 in Tudela installing time, attendance, access and production control systems for industry and businesses in the Ribera region. From the start the question was the same: what does this customer need to work better?

Answering it led us to do a bit of everything: custom software, servers, networks, virtualisation, security, audits, cloud, and the sale and installation of devices, printing, POS and video surveillance. Each new piece fitted the previous ones.

Today, 40 years on, that is how we work: you tell us the problem, we tell you which pieces are needed, we build them and we stay so they keep working. With a recent focus on web, content platforms and backups.

How we think

A customer should not have to know whether their problem is "hardware", "software" or "the telecom provider". They should be able to call one number, explain it, and have someone take care of it end to end. That someone is us: consultancy, devices, software, connectivity, security, installation and support, with a single point of contact.

We are an official Phoenix Technologies distributor and the Dynos store in Tudela, an ESET authorised distributor, official ClassicGes and ClassicConta agent, and O2 and Lowi fibre and mobile distributors. We are also Dell, HP and Ricoh partners, and are certified in HP, Fujitsu and Dell for servers and networking. In 2021 we received a grant from the Government of Navarra to improve our competitiveness.
