At ICONSA we respect your privacy. This website has no forms or tracking tools: we only process your data when you decide to contact us.

2. What data we process and why

This website does not collect personal data automatically and has no contact forms. When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we process the data you provide (name, company, phone, email address and the content of your enquiry) in order to answer your request, prepare quotes and, where applicable, manage the subsequent commercial or contractual relationship.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent when contacting us (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, the legitimate interest of ICONSA in responding to enquiries from customers and prospective customers (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Retention

Data is kept while the commercial relationship lasts or for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and afterwards for the periods required by law to address any liabilities.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Service providers (for example, email hosting) act as data processors with the guarantees required by the GDPR. If you contact us via WhatsApp, the communication goes through WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. under its own terms and privacy policy.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@iconsatudela.com or by post to the address above, enclosing a copy of an identity document. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

ICONSA applies the technical and organisational measures needed to keep data secure and prevent alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.

8. Third-party services on the website

Fonts are loaded from the Fontshare service (Indian Type Foundry). The map of our office is only loaded from Google Maps when you press the corresponding button on the contact page. See our Cookie policy for details.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal developments or changes in our services. The current version is always the one published on this website.
